Things I Learned in Gatlinburg:

1. Our cabin, Prime Time, was very nice and comfy.  There was an awesome view of the mountains from the front porch.  The only complaint we had was how close it was to all the other cabins, but our neighbors were not noisy or anything.

2. The second time up Clingman’s Dome I did much better.  I only had to stop and rest once.  I credit Kristen, who talked and kept me distracted on the way up.

3. Spending two hours shopping with Kristen at Tanger Outlets was way more fun than going with the boys to Smoky Mountain Knife Works.

4. Nothing beats a fried apple pie and some ice cream from the Apple Barn…
